P63 is a small city apartment developed for a person of our frequent purchasers. Most of his time, he stays with his spouse and children in the state and arrives downtown only on business for 1-2 times. When commencing this layout project, we ended up confronted with the tough process of efficiently organising the house in a comparatively smaller apartment and earning it as useful as possible.
We made a decision to concentration on 3D area organisation. As a result, we have designed an object in the type of a dice that logically divided the central area of the apartment into various zones. On a single aspect of the area, there is a kitchen area, and on the other facet, a somewhat substantial storage space is put this authorized us to maintain the hallway and the entrance place both neat and functional. Also, we intended a smaller doing the job area inside of this volumetric object.
As the major strategy of the apartment, we strived to create a little something fully unique from the client’s place home, where black color predominates. So, we wished to make the house in the apartment shiny, concise, and pure. That is why we picked white as a color for all surfaces. In the meantime, a useful volumetric environmentally friendly cube became the visible accent of the design and style.
The placing of the apartment is created in a concise and minimalist way, with virtually no decor. To emphasise the geometry of the room, we made use of shadow profiles and hidden skirting boards. The interior is centered on minimalist and well-made buildings that make an unpretentious area look complicated and powerful.
