Apa akibat Slumber Deprivation?
Pada acara TEDEd Exhibit, tanggal 3 Juni 2019, Dr. Matt Walker, memberikan seminar dengan topik Sleeping is your superpower. Beliau membuka acara dengan kata2 sebagai berikut “I would like to get started with testicles….”… sontak penonton langsung tertawa… Kemudian beliau melanjutkan “adult men who Sleep 5 hrs a evening have substantially smaller testicles than these who Sleep 7 hrs or more…”.
Lanjutnya lagi : “In addition, males who routinely Rest just four to 5 hours a night will have a level of testosterone which is that of a person 10 many years their senior. So deficiency of Rest will age a gentleman by a 10 years in terms of that significant element of wellness..”
